LES :

LES - Fix for deadlock in LEADS processing.

LES - Fixed incident search, removed duplicate incident_veh lines duplicating.

LES - Add the Jailer ID to the Inmate Account, Purchases, Visitor, Medical & Meal log grids. (Shelby)

LES - Replaced original Inmate History Report with Inmate Log History Report (to include data from all logs, not just the watch log)

LES - Added system settings for EnableTransferIncidentMNIToBooking (default = Y) and EnableMobileMakeTow (default = Y).

LES - Toggle the Booking button to display Open Booking or Make Booking (change system setting to N to turn off the Make Booking option.)

LES - Added Show Traffic & Show Criminal dropdown to the Citation Upload screen, added the Citation Type to the list display and fixed the Citation Upload error report to correctly show the column & error description.

LES - Moved test of blank agency id out of insert of new call if statement, and made to run whether insert or update of call. Change made to fix a bug that SWSCOM found when changing a calls location to a the jail which did not have an agency. Code did not recheck, and pop up box for selecting the correct agency. (SWSCOM)

LES - Added option to turn off the Make Tow button in the mobile screen (change system setting to N to turn off the Make Tow option). (St.Clair)

LES - Added Vehicle Model to Citation screen and modified CallFile transfer for new field.

HENSCHEN UPLOAD - Fix extended ticket number to remove the court prefix in the exported text file.  (Garfield Hts)
